***BREAKING NEWS ALERT*** Dudley’s Sports Bar in Shirlington, Virginia Reportedly Opening

TL; DR – After years of delays, Dudley’s Sport and Ale will reportedly *OPEN* later during the week of Monday 11 March 2019; photos below  

One of our favorite areas to hang out is Shirlington, Virginia. We started exploring the area, looking for restaurants and other stuff to do about 2 years ago. We always saw the sign for Dudley’s but it never opened. After some research, we learned that Dudley’s opening has been delayed since at least 2016 with no concrete information on when it would open. 

The last recent activity was a job fair in February 2019 that was posted on Dudley’s Facebook page. We also saw posters on their building for the hiring event.

However…that all changed today! The TVs were on, staff were working on final paperwork, and they were preparing for the opening. One of the staff said Dudley’s would be open later this week of Monday 11 March 2019! Just in time for Saint Patrick’s day when I’m sure Samuel Becketts will be PACKED with people in green outfit

The Experience

We’ll tell you as soon as we go there after it opens! But based on what we saw they had a very good and interesting idea for the set up, they had a huge rooftop area on the second floor up to 300 people able to stand but they had tables as well in the rooftop area with a bar set up. They had a photobooth on the first floor soooo for you who love taking pictures make sure take one here when you visit later and this photobooth located under the stairs. And they had a projector with movie theater style stadium seating on the first floor but we are not sure yet what it will be. Please subscribe to our email list to get the newest info !!

The Food

The menu wasn’t ready yet, but we expect it to be like other sports bars that having a good light bite as best accompany for beer or maybe something awesome and authentic in the menu that we are never expect and make Dudley’s different than the others sports bar

Little Story

Uuuuuuhhhh don’t you worry it will be a little story very super soon as soon as we visit Dudley’s after they open or maybe we get so lucky then they will send us an exclusive invitation then we’ll be honored for sure and we’ll be attend with tux and ballgown hahahahahahaha

TL; DR – Setelah bertahun-tahun penundaan, Dudley’s Sport dan Ale dilaporkan akan * BUKA * di salah satu hari pada pekan ini dari Senin 11 Maret 2019; fotonya dibawah  

Salah satu area favorit kami untuk hang out adalah Shirlington, Virginia. Kami mulai menjelajahi daerah tersebut, mencari restoran dan hal-hal lain yang dapat dilakukan sekitar 2 tahun yang lalu. Kami selalu melihat tanda untuk Dudley, tetapi tidak pernah dibuka. Setelah beberapa penelitian, kami mengetahui bahwa pembukaan Dudley’s telah tertunda setidaknya sejak 2016 tanpa informasi konkret tentang kapan itu akan dibuka.

Aktivitas terakhir baru baru ini adalah bursa kerja pada Februari 2019 yang diposting di halaman Facebook Dudley’s. Kami juga melihat poster di gedung mereka untuk acara perekrutan.

Bagaimanapun juga … semua itu berubah hari ini! TV nya menyala, staf mengerjakan dokumen akhir, dan mereka sedang mempersiapkan pembukaan. Salah satu staf mengatakan Dudley’s akan dibuka akhir minggu dari, Senin 11 Maret 2019! Tepat pada waktunya untuk hari Saint Patrick ketika saya yakin Samuel Becketts akan PADAT dengan orang-orang dengan pakaian hijau!

Kami akan memberi tahu anda segera setelah kami pergi ke sana setelah itu dibuka! Tetapi berdasarkan apa yang kami lihat, mereka memiliki ide yang sangat bagus dan menarik untuk pengaturan tempat tersebut, mereka memiliki area atap yang sangaaaat besar di lantai dua hingga 300 orang dapat berdiri tetapi mereka juga memiliki meja di area atap dengan meletakkan satu bar. Mereka memiliki photobooth di lantai pertama jadiiiiii untuk anda yang sangat suka berfoto ria, pastikan berfoto di sini saat anda berkunjung nanti dan photobooth ini terletak di bawah tangga. Dan mereka memiliki sebuah proyektor dengan tempat duduk bergaya bioskop di lantai pertama tetapi kami belum yakin itu akan jadi seperti apa. Menunya belum siap, tapi kami berharap itu menjadi seperti bar olahraga lainnya yang memiliki cemilan yang enak sebagai teman terbaik untuk bir atau mungkin sesuatu yang luar biasa dan otentik di menunya yang tidak pernah kami ekspektasi dan membuat Dudley’s berbeda dari bar olahraga lainnya

Uuuuuuhhhh janganlah anda khawatir itu akan pasti ada cerita kecil secepat kilat segera setelah kami mengunjungi Dudley’s setelah mereka buka atau mungkin kami sangat beruntung lalu mereka akan mengirimi kami undangan eksklusif maka kami akan merasa terhormat dan pastinya kami akan hadir dengan tuxedo dan ballgown hahahahahahaha
